BOOK DIRECT: WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

Prices on Airbnb or Booking include markups; you pay the commission.

Cancellation policy even more favourable than on Airbnb or Booking.

Greater security: you pay on arrival, after entering the apartment; no unpleasant surprises or “ghost apartments”.

A SWIKLY deposit that is not charged at the time of booking (see below).

PRICES FOR STAYS

Calendar prices apply to 1–4 people. Beyond that, add €8 per person per day.

All‑inclusive prices (accommodation, water and electricity, bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo).

Check‑in from 4:00 pm; check‑out before 11:00 am.

Dogs and other animals accepted at no extra charge (except in Studio 2), provided they are clean and well‑behaved.

LENGTH OF STAY

As a rule, stays of fewer than 4 nights are not accepted, but any request can be considered.

From the last Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September, during Holy Week and the week including 6 and 8 December, stays start on Saturday and may not be shorter than 7 days.

A discount will be considered for stays longer than 16 days.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURES

Bookings are made via the form on this page.

After our confirmation, you must validate your credit card with SWIKLY. This confirms your booking and serves as a security deposit for any damage during your stay.

This amount will not be charged at any time and will not affect your card limit.

Deposit: €300 for 1–4 people; €500 above that.

If everything goes well, the deposit is automatically released 10 days after departure. For more information, click here.

CANCELLATION

As on Airbnb or Booking, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival (i.e. the day before until 3:59 pm).

After this deadline, only your Swikly deposit will be charged.

For comparison: on Booking the full stay is charged; on Airbnb, the first night plus management fees.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for the entire stay is made by bank transfer on the day of arrival, after entering the accommodation.

If you live outside the European area and cannot make a SEPA transfer, payment can be made by credit card via SWIKLY, with a 1.8% surcharge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Accommodation is rented exclusively for the number of people indicated at booking.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Non‑smoking accommodation.

We do not charge a cleaning fee provided the apartment is left in good condition; otherwise a €90 fee may apply, deducted from your virtual SWIKLY deposit after check‑out inspection. To date, this has never happened.

Spanish authorities require your ID or passport number before arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a rental request if the profile seems inappropriate, or to require a higher deposit (e.g. group under 21).

This website is https and secure: your data will never be shared with third parties.

Swikly is a French company specialising in rental deposits: you leave a card “imprint”; the amount is neither blocked nor charged and your limit is unaffected.
