Just contact us and your booking price will be adjusted accordingly. <strong>But of course, you are entirely free to pay more elsewhere if you believe it\u2019s better for your safety!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prices displayed on Airbnb or Booking are always marked up ; in the end, <strong>you<\/strong> are the one paying the 17% commission!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our cancellation policy is even more advantageous than those on Airbnb or Booking (see below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You pay <strong>on arrival<\/strong>, after you have arrived and entered the flat: No down payment required at the time of booking and no nasty surprises. And no non-existent &#8216;ghost&#8217; flats!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the time of booking, a security deposit is taken via a simple, un-debited credit card hold, managed by Swikly, an independent organisation specialising in deposits (see below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dedicated contact person always available, by phone or via WhatsApp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And since 2018, unanimously satisfied reviews from travellers worldwide. Just check the guest reviews on Booking, Airbnb, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/share.google\/FUwb7gF8Y4qCnXYmD\">\u00a1Vamosalaplaya! Google Business<\/a> profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>STAY PRICING<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The prices shown apply for 1 to 4 people (adults or children over 2 years old)<\/strong>. Beyond this, please add 7 euros per person, per day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children under the age of 2 stay free of charge. We can provide a travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath at no extra charge. A child over 2 years old is counted towards the total number of guests, as they will occupy a bed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prices are all-inclusive <\/strong>(accommodation, water and electricity, bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-in is from 4:00 PM (16:00), and check-out is before 11:00 AM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dogs and other animals are accepted at no extra charge <\/strong>(<em>except in studio 2 \u2013 you can ask us why<\/em>), provided they are clean and well-behaved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>LENGTH OF STAY<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In principle, <strong>stays of less than 4 nights are not accepted<\/strong>, but any request can be considered with a surcharge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the period from <strong>June 15 to September 15, as well as during Semana Santa (Holy Week) in April, stays last at least 7 nights, starting on Saturday and ending on Saturday. <\/strong>During this period, a 15% reduction will be applied if the duration of the stay exceeds 28 nights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rest of the year, a 15% reduction is applied for all stays longer than 21 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">As previously stated, we do not take a down payment at the time of booking at \u00a1Vamosalaplaya!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This may come as a surprise, but it has always been our policy. We rely on mutual respect and trust that you will notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bookings are made via the search form on each flat or studio&#8217;s page. The quoted price for the stay may be revised downwards if it transpires that the same stay is cheaper on external platforms, for the reasons detailed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">After our confirmation,<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> you will need to validate the security deposit with our partner,<\/span><\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swikly.com\/location-saisonniere\/\"><strong>SWIKLY<\/strong><\/a>. <span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">This confirms your booking and will serve as a deposit in case of any damage to the flat during your stay.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This amount will not be debited from your account at any time, nor will it affect your credit card&#8217;s spending limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>The security deposit amount is 300 euros for each flat and 100 euros for each studio.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If everything is in order, this deposit hold is automatically cancelled 10 days after your departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As on Airbnb or Booking, <strong>cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your arrival<\/strong> (that is, the day before until 3:59 p.m.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since payment for the stay is made after your arrival, and you haven\u2019t paid any deposit, <strong>you run no risk.<\/strong> <strong>That\u2019s our choice.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you cancel within the stated period, your Swikly deposit guarantee will be cancelled. You won\u2019t even notice it, as no charge was made when it was created!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>After this H-24 deadline, only the amount of your Swikly guarantee will be charged.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By comparison, in the event of a no-show on Booking, the full price of the stay is charged, and on Airbnb, the amount of the first night plus the service fees are billed to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> PAYMENT TERMS<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fcb55503a113f86dcb32cab0044bc1b4\"><strong>As with Airbnb or Booking, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your arrival (i.e., by 3:59 PM \/ 15:59 on the preceding day).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since payment for the stay is made after you arrive, and you have not paid any down payment, you bear no financial risk. This is our choice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you cancel within the specified timeframe, your Swikly deposit hold will be cancelled. You won&#8217;t even notice, as no funds were ever debited when it was created!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After this 24-hour deadline, only the amount of your Swikly security deposit will be debited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>For comparison, in the event of a no-show on Booking, the total price of the stay is debited. On Airbnb, you are charged for the first night plus the booking service fee.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>IMPORTANT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Swikly is a French company specialising in managing all types of rental deposits. You provide a credit card imprint for a set amount; this amount is neither blocked nor debited, and your card&#8217;s spending limit is not affected at any time. This is the main benefit of this system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #eb0b0b;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">The accommodation is rented exclusively for the number of people stated at the time of booking.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #eb0b0b;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Parties are strictly forbidden.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #eb0b0b;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">All properties are non-smoking<\/span><span style=\"color: #f20a0a;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We do not charge a cleaning fee<\/strong>, provided the flat is left in good condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 90 euros may be charged and will be deducted from your virtual SWIKLY deposit, following an inspection at your departure. To date, this has never happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--accent);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.interior.gob.es\/opencms\/gl\/servicios-al-ciudadano\/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos\/partes-de-entrada-y-obligaciones-de-registro-documental\/\">Spanish Ministry of the Interior<\/a><\/strong> now requires the identities of all guests over the age of 14 to be reported, as has always been the case in any hotel.
