RENTING DIRECTLY : WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

STAY PRICES

• The prices indicated on each day of the calendar apply for 1 to 4 people. For more than 4 people, please add 7 euros per person per day.
• Prices are all inclusive (accommodation, water and electricity, bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo).
• Arrival is from 4 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.
• Dogs and other animals are accepted at no extra charge, as long as they are clean and well behaved.

LENGTH OF STAY

• Basically, we do not accept stays of less than 4 nights, but any request can be considered.
• From the last Saturday of June to the last Saturday of September, during the Semana Santa, and for the week including December 6 and 8, (public holidays in Spain), the stays start on Saturday and are not shorter than 7 days.
• Of course, discounts will be systematically considered for long stays of more than 16 days.

BOOKING PROCEDURES AND DEPOSIT

• Reservations are made using the form on this page.
• After our confirmation, you will have to proceed to the validation of your credit card imprint by SWIKLY. This confirms your reservation and will act as a deposit in case of damage to the flat during your stay.
• This amount will not be withdrawn from your account at any time and will not affect your maximum purchase amount with your credit card in the future.
• The amount of the deposit is flat at 300 € for 1 to 4 persons.
• For more than 4 people, add 50 € per person, i.e. a deposit of 500 € for 8 people.
• If everything went smoothly, this deposit is cancelled 10 days after your departure.

CANCELLATION

• As on Airbnb or Booking, cancellation is free until 24 hours before your arrival (i.e. the day before until 3.59 pm).
• After this period, the amount of your Swikly deposit will be charged.

On Booking, the entire price of the stay is charged, and on Airbnb, it is the amount of the first night plus the entire management fee of the stay.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• The payment of the totality of the stay is made by bank transfer on the day of your arrival after your entry in the flat.
• If you are resident outside the European zone, and if you cannot make a SEPA transfer, payment can be made by credit card on SWIKLY, with an extra charge of 1.8% of the total cost of the stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The flat is rented exclusively for the number of people announced at the time of booking and the capacity is limited to 8 people.
• Parties are strictly prohibited and the flats are non-smoking.
• We do not charge any cleaning costs, provided that the flat is left in a good state. If this is not the case, a cleaning fee of 75 € may be charged to you, which will be deducted from your SWIKLY virtual deposit, after having been checked at the time of your departure and in your presence. Up to now, it has never happened.
• The Spanish authorities require you to provide your ID number.
• We reserve the right to refuse a rental request if the profile of the tenants does not seem appropriate to us, or to make sure that the basic rules and the flat are respected by requiring a higher deposit (example: spring breakers group of groups of young people under 21 years old…)
• This website is in https and it is secure: your name, your phone number, your email address will never be communicated to third parties. Moreover, this site does not leave any cookies on your computer.
