DIRECT BOOKING: WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

  • Prices on Airbnb or Booking are marked up—you pay the commission!
  • Cancellation policy even more favourable than on Airbnb or Booking.
  • Greater security: you pay on arrival after you have entered the apartment—no nasty surprises or non‑existent “ghost” apartments!
  • Swikly security deposit not charged at the time of booking (see below).

STAY PRICES

  • Prices shown in the calendar apply to 1 to 4 guests. For additional guests, add €8 per person per day.
  • Prices are all‑inclusive (accommodation, water and electricity, bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo).
  • Check‑in from 4 p.m., check‑out before 11 a.m. Dogs and other pets are accepted at no extra charge (except in Studio 2), provided they are clean and well‑behaved.

LENGTH OF STAY

  • As a rule, stays of fewer than 4 nights are not accepted, but any request can be considered.
  • From the last Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September, during Holy Week and during the week that includes 6 and 8 December, stays start on Saturday and must be at least 7 days.
  • A discount will be considered for stays of more than 16 days.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURES

  • Bookings are made via the form on this page.
  • After we confirm, you will need to validate the registration of your credit card with SWIKLY. This confirms your booking and serves as a deposit in case of damage to the apartment during your stay.
  • This amount will never be debited from your account and will not affect your credit card’s purchasing limit.
  • The deposit is €300 for 1 to 4 guests and €500 for more than 4 guests.
  • If everything has gone well, this deposit is automatically cancelled 10 days after your departure. For more information, click here.

CANCELLATION

  • As on Airbnb or Booking, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival (i.e. until 3:59 p.m. the day before).
  • After this deadline, only the amount of your Swikly deposit will be charged.
  • For comparison, on Booking the full price of the stay is charged, and on Airbnb you are charged the first night plus service fees.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • The total cost of the stay is paid by bank transfer on the day of arrival, after you have entered the accommodation.
  • If you live outside the European area and cannot make a SEPA transfer, payment can be made by credit card via SWIKLY with a surcharge of 1.8 % of the total cost of the stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Accommodation is rented exclusively for the number of guests indicated when booking.
  • Parties are strictly prohibited.
  • All accommodation is non‑smoking.
  • We do not charge a cleaning fee as long as the apartment is left in good condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €90 may be charged and deducted from your virtual SWIKLY deposit after inspection at checkout. To date, this has never happened.
  • Spanish authorities require us to collect your identity card or passport number; you must provide these before arrival.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking if the tenant profile seems inappropriate, or to enforce the basic rules and the care of the apartment by requiring a higher deposit (e.g. a group of young people under 21…).
  • This website is https and secure: your name, phone number and email address will never be passed on to third parties.
  • Swikly is a French company specialising in the management of rental deposits of all kinds. You leave an imprint of a credit card for a specified amount; this amount is neither blocked nor charged and the limit of your credit card is never affected—that’s the big advantage of this system.
